Director of Sales & Customer Success
Location: Fully Remote; No travel required
Reports To: Founder and CEO, Cathy Light
Compensation: Base + Unlimited commissions + performance bonuses
Employment Type: Contract; Part-time or Full-time

As our Director of Sales & Customer Success, you’ll be the engine behind our revenue growth and the champion of unforgettable client experiences. You’ll work side-by-side with our technical and marketing team members and collaborate directly with Cathy Light.
You’ll help organizations:
- Diagnose and improve organizational health

Your Primary Superpowers (What You’ll Do)
Drive Sales & Revenue Growth
- Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting and demos to closing.
- Build a predictable, high-quality pipeline.
- Open doors with HR, C-suite leaders, consultants, culture innovators and VC & PE firms who want to better understand what’s going on in their portfolio companies.
- Identify new market opportunities and partnerships.
Lead Customer Success & Implementation
- Manage onboarding and ensure a smooth rollout for new clients.
- Leverage Workplace Data Center analytics to guide client success.
- Build strong relationships that drive retention, renewals, and upsells.
- Deliver ongoing support and ensure long-term client value.
Partner Across the Company
- Collaborate with technical team members on platform enhancements.
- Work with marketing to shape messaging, campaigns, and client stories.
- Bring insights directly to the CEO to influence product strategy.
Own the Numbers
- Track revenue KPIs, forecasts, and expansion metrics.
- Report performance insights to the CEO regularly.
- Continuously refine processes to scale growth and customer success.
